NAMELESS
My thoughts drift in conversation with the night
Unseen, I watch that which I cannot bear
Yet that from which I cannot turn away
Her name is sin
Her locks a curtain of blood
She haunts my sleeping and my waking
Though I purpose not to dream nor think of her
The one exists, but I cannot love her
Found, now she is gone
Wanting merged with having
But without keeping
All too brief caress
Driving the stake deep into melancholy heart
She is an undulating serpent enchanting
Smoky coils entrancing
Wrapped about my fingers, my mind, my heart
She haunts the black churches of my mind
Eternal, I endure in agony
Alone, to grieve the loss
So I love her, does it mean so much to me?
As the flame flickers, disappearing
Dreaming conceives insanity
I looked into the eyes of ecstasy
Screaming, biting, breathing hard
Smelling of garlic
And cigarettes
Folded in black silk
She is a stunning scorpion seducing
Sweet venom consuming
Devouring my will, my spirit, my soul
Nameless
I wished her the gift eternal
Nameless
I would that she would want
Nameless
Alas, I wished in vain
Nameless
And now I cannot say her name aloud
This album is an absolute banger. The riffs are especially groovy this time, the vocals are amazing, and the overall thing is supercatchy. If I'd have to list one downside, it's that the mix is so bass-heavy that the sound only truely comes into it's right when listened on good headphones or extremely good speakers. On anything less it can sound like the bass drowns the rest of the music out. 9/10 Buzzario
Filthiest Sludge record I've ever been deafened by!! Riffs are disgustingly heavy, the pounding of the drums is ferocious, the bass is gnarly as shit, & the vocals are pure evil!! ALL HAIL DOPETHRONE🤘 TheMetalheadGuy
